Challenge Starts Now
Okay guys: I’ve been bulking for the last 6 months and I think it’s time for a cut. What better time to do it than during this challenge? I’m 5’3” and currently sitting at about 140. I think in 100 days, I can make it down to at least 134!
I’m a nutrition coach, so I’m no stranger to nutrition and exercise. But I’m excited to dial it in and really focus on my goals for the next few months, and hopefully see some of the muscle I built last year!
