Question: How long does Hobby Genki take to process and ship an order?

I usually order from Plaza Japan and receive my figures (in the US) with 72 hours (FedEx shipping). I got some great Black Friday deals from Hobby Genki and placed my first order with them on 11/29. The only update on the order is “payment accepted” and “pick up for agent”. Both notes were made on 11/29 and it’s been silence since.

I know Hobby Genki is extremely reputable, just wondered what other’s experience has been, especially recently with the Black Friday madness in the mix.
