What is the point of the Daily Deals even?

Every day its the same awful style for an insane 2000 gold price. I have been waiting for the Rivals of Ixalan Ghalta promo for 7 years now and it has never showed up. Why even have daily deals when one out of 50 is a draft token for 10 percent off?
