It’s been 6 months and I still haven’t gotten my MH3 arena direct winnings

I have been trying to resolve this problem for half a year now, so I figured I’d post about it in case anyone from WOTC sees. Please comment if you’ve had a similar experience to mine.

I won a July 2024 arena direct event, which advertises a prize of one box of MH3 shipped to your address. According to their terms and conditions, however, they could substitute this for a $250 cash prize deposited into an ewallet.

I promptly set up my account and provided all of the required documentation. When I received a “non-cash” balance of $250, I assumed that I wouldn’t be getting a booster box. No problem—even though I would prefer the cards, I understand that their supply is limited.

Here’s the problem: after navigating to every corner of this ewallet client, I concluded that there was no way for me to withdraw that money or move it to another account. When I sent an e-mail inquiring about this, I got this reply:

The amount available was Non-Cash Balance, meaning you cannot withdraw it as monetary funds. If you have further questions regarding this, please contact your merchant's customer service.

Sincerely, i-payout Support Team

What exactly did I win, then? What is it that I can do with my 250 non-cash fun-bucks? Have I misunderstood something about the ewallet’s functionality? I would like to believe that there has been some sort of error on WOTC’s or i-payout’s end, because if not this seems nothing short of fraudulent. Either way, this process has been very frustrating. I would really appreciate some clarity from WOTC about their plans for addressing these issues and their timeline for doing so.

Update: I am now even more confused, because now my non-cash balance is 0. There are no other transactions listed other than the initial credit of $250. Does this mean I will be receiving a box now? I would really just love to speak with someone about this.
