Waterproof mascara or tubing mascara

So i have been needing a mascara which will last all day even after swimming for hours. All of the ones i have tried have came off within minutes after swimming. I have heard that tubing mascaras would be better for this but i’m not sure since i have never tried one… Is it true? And can you guys please recommend the best mascaras for swimming?
