My Maltipoo Bites way too much

My Maltipoo is 10 weeks old & is extremely active. We have done its first vaccine & the 2nd one is due in 12 days. However, it has started to bite us a lot. We understand that this is the teething phase & it does like to bite. I have bought a lot of chewing toys & stuff. It does play with the chewy stuff for 5 minutes and comes to bite us again. How long does this last? Is this common? Is there a way to teach it not to bite humans? We tried teaching No to it. But it doesn't obey beyond a point.
