GodOfProps - Are they Legit?

I've been desperately trying to find a badass Sans helmet / mask for me to cosplay. I came across GodOfProps, but they're not responding to any of my messages and only found little reviews that look like paid advertisements.

Has anyone here worked with them before? Are they legit?
