FL after Content

Hiii everyone! I wanted to do a FL after content. I know AAMC is the most representative one. Do you think I should take the unscored one to see where I’m at? I know AAMC gave one FL out which is the most representative but I’m not sure which one it is. I know they say wait till last month for AAMC stuff but what are your thoughts? Also is there like a third party representative FL y’all recommend?
