Question about my brakes?

Short of it I'd like to think I take good care of my car as best I know how. I clean it out on a regular basis I go through car washes I get oil changes right when I need to. I get my yearly inspection and they always tell me everything's great.

I was recently in an accident where I was rear-ended. I thought everything was cosmetic It might not be but I'm handling it with insurance and soon as that is sorted I will get it into the shop.

This is my rear driver's side brake. I guess I don't know what I'm looking at so do I need to be worried or is this normal and okay?

My car is a 2013 Lexus RX 450h. It has over 100,000 mi but the interior looks brand new and aside from the accident damage so does the exterior.
