Battery test

Over the weekend my daughter’s car (2023 Mazda CX-30) had some weird electronics glitches and wouldn’t start. She called me and I drove to her with jumper cables but when I tried starting it before jumping, it started and has been fine since. Yesterday evening I checked the battery with a multimeter, one hour since being driven. Outdoor temp 40F. Resting voltage 12.57. When starting it dropped very briefly to around 10.5 (it was so brief I didn’t get the full number), then settled in around 13.8 at idle.

Do those numbers indicate a problem? I’ve read different things about what is acceptable at a given outdoor temperature.
