Weird noise coming from engine...

I have a 2007 Jeep Liberty that had a new water pump installed about 7 months ago, then a new tensioner pulley and serpentine belt installed about three weeks ago. I ordered the parts from Rock Auto, with whom I've NEVER had issues with, and now there is a loud noise coming from the water pump, tensioner pulley area and it almost sounds like it did before my water pump went out.

Any ideas?

Do these things all need to be changed at the same time?

Important Info: when my mechanic installed the new tensioner pulley, he sized it up and the new one was just a teeny tiny bit smaller...could this be the issue?

I'm four states away from home and scared to drive back, but don't have money to go to an auto repair shop. Please Help. Thank you!!!
