Only level 15 and I already have 30 Strength?

In vanilla SMTV, I was going for a Magic build and It took me way longer to get the same amount for my Magic stat.

Decided to try out Vengeance to see what the differences were, went with a Strength build to sake things up and... Yeah it seems a lot more generous with the stats you can allocate this time.
