Buyer requested refund right after I already shipped, proceeded to rate me completely unfairly just because i didnt honor his buyer remorse when it was literally too late, the item was already at the bottom of a ups drop off !
He bought this item the day before christmas eve, so i shipped it the day after xmas in a ups drop off box. i forgot confirm shipment right when i dropped it off and he immediately requests to cancel the order (this is literally 3 days after purchase tchase to the exact hour, seems like insane buyer remorse), i message saying that its in a ups drop off box and the tracking should be updated soon. (but come on its xmas its one of the toughest times to ship and everyone is busy give me a break). He then proceeds to give me a two star rating complaining about item cleanliness when i checked the item before sending and it was clean just as shown and described. I would have honored the return but my item was literally at the bottom of a ups drop off box, nothing i could do!! Now i have a bad review on my profile. At least i have this horrible man’s money, only saving grace for me here. In the future, i dont even think im gonna honor cancellations just because of buyers remorse. Buyers remorse is the worst thing to plague online marketplaces!!! Dont buy things if you dont want them and review things with integrity!!
Can i get my review removed for lying?
My advice, unfortunately, is confirm sent of an item you know for sure youre going to send. Avoid buyers remorse at any cost.
