Trying to print shipping label?

I’ve been trying to print a shipping label yet an error message shows up asking if i have verified ID and i need to get the app. I’ve verified my ID months ago and i’ve had the app?? It won’t let me print the label and whenever I attempt too, this message shows up. Please help
