Canceled shipping and won’t pay

I sold some shoes on Mercari and this woman was complaining about the package being lost and it was just taking a while because of weather so I canceled the order at her request. The package arrived and she won’t send it back to me unless I send her a label. It’s been a few weeks. I didn’t wanna send her any more money cause I didn’t know if it was a scam she said she doesn’t want the shoes. What would you do?
