Does anyone have estimates for when Lifeguard comes out?

I leave the country on 16/7 and wondered if anyone had an idea of when it's supposed to come out. I've been begging for a Lifeguard Mercy skin since I started playing and really don't wanna miss it.

I know right around the Summer Games event, but I don't even know when that starts. Thank you, and happy flying!
