[Java] do i have to kill the dealer?

Ive recently been getting into raids, i did one no problem, but i tried to do another like 4 irl days later and it glitched at wave 2, no raiders are spawning.

I think it might be a zombie i have called the dealer, who "negotiates" with the villagers. I tried ringing a bell but nothing lights up. I've gone all around my base and the surrounding area, since raids are aborted if you go into their spawn, and it wasn't aborted.
