Sad and annoyed

Currently going through first miscarriage. Haven’t even made a plan to expel the pregnancy but I’m just so sad and frustrated. I’m blessed to have had a healthy first pregnancy and this one was just such a shock. We just wanted another baby and to be done and this is so hard to have to start trying again. 3 very close people are currently pregnant with one being the exact due date as me. Just stings a little bit more. Maybe some hopeful stories of healthy pregnancies after a miscarriage would be helpful to find some hope.
