How to counter dyroth in lane

I am very bad at exp lane i usually just play tanky heroes that do damage and set for the team but dyroth absolutely obliterates that genre of hero in the exp lane

Who do I play to counter or atleast have some laning chances against him and what are some tips if it's more of a skill based match up
