Struggling with baby’s skin for the past year. It’s getting worse and I just can’t seem to get it to fully clear up even with prescription cream. What would your next steps be?

It’s really bad right now because he scratched it while he was at daycare. He’s 14 months old and has struggled with eczema since about 1-2 months old. He has a prescription hydrocortisone cream that helps in other areas but I can’t get his hand/wrist to clear up. He also scratches his face constantly and I feel like such a bad mom. It’s always one of the first things family comments on when they see him.
