Stopped breastfeeding and haven’t been waking up when 2 year old crys??

I used to be a deep sleeper before kids i could sleep through blasting music construction anything. But since i had him i always woke up right away to him crying

Well i stopped overnight breastfeeding a month ago and noticed i dont wake up to him crying on the monitor until hes distraught. I feel so bad i dont want him crying it out, the monitor is louder than him actually being in the same room and i keep it at max volume its always worked before

Has this happened to anyone else?
