Warm happy feelings after Estradiol Injections....

For context, I've been on HRT for over a year. Started on pills and recently switched to injections. At first I was terrified of giving myself injections. I've always hated needles, practically fainted from blood draws and don't even really like being near sharp objects.

However I wanted to improve my levels and I had hit the maximum dosage for the pill form, so I reluctantly decided to try the injections. (Fat injections, not muscle)

The first time in was shaking I was so nervous. My girlfriend helped me get the courage by calling me while I did it. It stung and admittedly it was sore for several days. However I just felt amazing shortly after. This warm feeling, almost like euphoria lasted for days. This happens every time now.

In a month, my weekly injections have moved to a activity I dread, to something I legitimate look forward to.

I'm not sure if I'm addicted to estrogen, or if it's more of a psychological response to feeling like I am closer to my ideal self.
