Will we still have skins we previously bought when the game lounches again ?

So as title says are skins we already bought still on our accounts ? I bought skinn for Finn (Fern) and Jake (alien Jake). I am excited for this game :)

Also about new characters and PASS... I saw that Jason can only be obtained via PASS ? Is that true ? If so once the PASS is over people wont be able to get him anymore ?
