first time grow/first time post [technique]

Hey guys, first time trying to cultivate! Current condition of my tub. Was wondering when it would be a good time to introduce FAE? I’m not sure if this is enough growth to start fruiting conditions. Currently have a few other grain bags inoculating as well! I’m honestly a rookie, so I’d appreciate any advice or tips❤️🍄
