Mydei support/healer and playstyle questions

So I just saved around 20 pulls with around 60pity and wanna ask if it would be lucrative to get a better healer aka(either Lingsha or Hugohuo E1 for the speed boost,current build speed is 110) and if I need any healers at all , since he seems to be very effective in dealing with enemy's to a point of needing no heals for him or his team.

I thought about a team that goes like

Mydei/RMC/Bronya/(uncertain here either Ruan Mei or I pull for Robin in second phase of 3.0) and I have both Ruan Mei and Bronya signatures.

With him being second half I'm positive I will get him and possibly even his signature or e1 but I don't know which would be more valuable/effective e0s1 )with hp% body or Critdmg Body?) or E1s5 Ninja Record Sound hunt(2.6 Event lightcone).
