Hush Holster. STAY AWAY

My order arrived 2 days ago. It looks great, but the retention lever is loosie goosey and is poorly designed. The spring that holds the retention promptly failed. I was able to get the spring back in place and it promptly failed again. There is no support email/phone number on the website. I tried to respond to the order update email and have received no response. I have a reddit chat with u/Thorforhelvede who is the "designer" from when I was talking to him when he was advertising them. When I try to message him now I get a failed to send. I think they have deleted their account.

Edit* account doesn't seem deleted. Messages are going through again. Though he would have been alerted to the tag above and has still chosen not to respond here. We will see what happens.

Edit again* It seems his account was temporarily suspended on reddit for spam due to talking about his holsters. It's active again and we have chatted. There seems to be an issue with the MJF version of the holster and he is sending me out the CF Nylon version to replace it and is going to do a recall on the MJF version. Fingers crossed as I really want to like it.
