Where would prime Ben Roethlisberger rank today among QBs?

Someone last week said that Ben was underrated because he played at the same time that Prime Brady, Rodgers, Manning and Brees did. That if you put him in another era he would be winning more titles, win MVP's and have first team all pro years.

I disagreed with this, I think peak Ben today would be around the same ranking that he was in his time. About the 4ish to 7th best QB in the league.
