Problems with video calls on Phone 2?

Whether it is WhatsApp, Discord, Signal or Google Meet, I have different issues happening with every single one with my Phone 2.

It's either very bad video quality on the other person's end, 20 seconds delay during the call, massive stutters... Each app exhibits it's own issue

I didn't have these issues on my old Oneplus 6, so it might be an issue with Nothing's current software? Or it it just me?
