Sci-Fi Thriller Airplane/Spaceship in Space with passengers
I have been trying to remember this movie for years, but can't seem to recall. I was a child when I watched it, but I can specifically recall that a plane took off from a landing strip(which may or may not have been invaded by aliens or some monster thing, but that may be a different movie altogether.)
They fly into space, and random sci-fi stuff happens. The pilot/flight attendant spots a passenger missing from their seat with the seat belt buckled, they figure out they vanished for some odd sci-fi reason, and if they aren't asleep they will too in a short time, because the event will happen again. The pilot and co-pilot attempt to fall asleep quicker by putting on oxygen masks, pilot successfully falls asleep before they run through a "nebula" of some sorts that makes you disappear if you aren't asleep. I have tried googling this one and nothing comes up.
I don't have much more description than that. I thought for a bit that Bruce Willis might have been the pilot's actor, but I don't see any movies he stars in that fit the description. He didn't do too many space films besides 5th element and armageddon.
