How do I get my car e-title printed?

I’m currently living out of state and plan to get my title switched to a Florida one. I just come to find out I was never given a physical title and instead I have an electronic one. How do I get that e-title mailed to me? Can I do it online? Matter of fact can I simply just print it and get it notarized? Thank you.
