Needing some advice

Hi all,

I was hoping I could get some reassurance. My daughter is 11 months and a half and is not consistently responding to her name. I’d say she does it about 50 to 60 per cent of the time. When she doesn’t it does appear she is engrossed in an activity. Ill also add that I have been found to have mild to moderate hearing loss so I’m slightly concerned but also concerned about asd traits She also arm flaps when excited sometimes. Is his all within the realms of normal development?
