Need Advice on Shorts Views Threshold

I recently got my 200th subscriber and have been posting sports related shorts. On average I get 2.5k-12k views. A lot of my videos will range from 6k-11k views and will suddenly stop receiving views not breaking past a 12-13k threshold. I am asking for advise on how to break through 15k and receive a larger volume of views.
