Modern homes for sale

My wife and I are looking to buy a house. We want somewhere that is fairly modern ie- built in the last 10 years. For example Great Park. I can type "houses for sale in Great Park" and I get just that. Does anyone know where I can find a website that lists similar neighborhoods with houses that fit this criteria. If I type "Modern houses" or "New houses in Newcastle" into Google, I just get websites of New builds that aren't built yet.
