Torn Sleeve Anyone??0

Hi everyone, I just had a question for those who bought a vinyl from vertigo! When I opened, my heart shaped bed record the sleeve at the top was ripped. I do know that one other person from the Discord had this problem however, I thought I’d come here to see how frequent this is an issue! Hopefully not too often!!!
