Anyone having trouble with customs?

I’ve been ordering from snusdaddy for months now and have never had any issues. Packages get delivered within a week of placing the order. This time though, UPS has had it sitting in a warehouse for over a week. I’ll get the occasional “warehouse scan” status but otherwise it hasn’t moved. Anyone else have this issue?
