Looking for an upgrade

I’m looking to upgrade my camera and I’ve been looking at a lot of Nikon options but I’m lost on which one I should get. I’ve been using a D3500 for a fair bit and I’m looking at the Z series. I really want a mirrorless camera with preferably a full frame sensor. My budget is ~1,500 and I primarily do street landscape, action, and fashion photography.
