No Man's Sky VR Questions about performance

I have watched so many videos where people mention that No Man's Sky VR PC performance is really bad even on a 4090.

I have 7 friends that have a 2060 or above with a Quest 3 with Virtual Desktop. I have a 2070 Super.

As VR users, we can handle hitches and drops here and there. However, all of us are getting almost consistent frame rate of 72 FPS for most of the play session.

Some people with 2060 struggle when they accidentally look at their PC screen on Virtual Dektop or the game opens keyboard opens but during the play session, it's run decent enough on Enhanced settings with DLSS.

For me, I get 40% usage from my Graphics Card and 35% from GPU on Enhanced. However, on High my game struggles even though CPU is 40% usage and graphics card is usage is 82%.

Basically, it's been a smoother experience. I was worried that many of my friends have bought the game but they're gonna struggle to run it but it's been decent. We have played for 3-4 hours.

What are the real issues that people? Let's say everyone playing on 72 FPS, Enhanced Settings and DLSS on Balanced. No one cares much about high/ultra graphics.
