Need Suggestions
I cannot stop checking my computer monitor for blemishes, my cables to make sure they are plugged in and my pc to make sure it turns on/works. I am very self conscious about this.
I spend a lot of time checking. Typically a good 30 minutes to an hour before or after using my PC. I have triggers like having wet hair near my pc or speaking without covering my mouth. It's to the point where I threw away my $2500 computer because I couldn't take the vicious cycle of checking anymore. Now I have a laptop and do the exact same thing still.
I wish I could have my life back and play games without the fear of these things, but I am losing my mind. Like I cannot stop myself and I really need help or some sort of comfort right now. I just had another episode and I'm really upset.
