Both of these supplements helped my Depression, my anxiety and my OCD understanding it wont be the same for everyone but not everyone knows how your gut can cause you to feel depressed.

The Probiotics is a must for anyone i mean it and many people think what is probiotics going to do for me but taking these medications that doctors prescribed us when we were younger and even as we got older they would give us antibiotics which mess your gut up killing the good and the bad bacteria we need both the good and the bad to keep our Gut healthy the medication they gave us only made our serotonin levels drops and ruining our production of serotonin in our bodies

To everyone who is also apart of this journey please go get your Vitamin D levels checked and i promise alot of you have low levels once you see that get some Vitamin D drops or pills depending on your levels take 1000 ui daily if your levels are normal or fairly low but if your levels are really really low take 5000 IUs but very carefully talk with your family doctor when you go for getting your tests done either they will give you a iv for vitamin D or you can order them off amazon or go to Walmart and MAKE SURE YOU TAKE THIS WITH FATTY FOOD FOR ABSORPTIONS MILK,EGGS WHATEVER HAS FAT but please get your levels checked they mean more then you think and for the probiotics take them daily everyday 30 mins before you eat(i take them while im eating) these 2 supplements are more important then you know

I know hearing about Vitamin D and Probiotics fixing alot of things may make no sense and i dont blame any one who thinks that this wont do anything either you sit there and take it like a bitch everyday or you start fixing things that cause your brain function and nerve function to improve allowing your brain to function properly it will help you clear alot of things just give it a try it may help or may not but spending 20-30$ for a months supply of vitamin D and Probiotics for a good chance to feel better about a good amount of things because improving your serotonin production to normal levels will do what these SSRI’s are for serotonin boosters when you can do it naturally with 1 side effect that you may feel for maybe the first few days or not even feel it is not being able to eat give it a few days and you will be good it may or may not happens just my first experience when i started probiotics give it a try give it 2-3 months consistently take a day or two break from them every 2-3 weeks depending on how you feel but never stop the vitamin D unless your are feeling like your okay now even if you do feel okay always take vitamin D VERY IMPORTANT WE NEED
