Late delivery ?? :(

Paid $17 in express shipping for a coat I’m wanting to take with me for a trip. Said 2-3 business days… but it’s estimated to get here over a week after I placed the order (the day I leave. I understand it’s a busy time of year but I feel like I just wasted $17. Does anyone get their packages earlier than it estimates? I really want this coat for my trip!!!
