Major Performance Issues After Update

Anyone else having performance issues? Before the update I was getting pretty consistent 75 fps on high, 1080p but now I'm struggling to get 30 fps in the open world and stuttering like crazy. Going down to medium didn't really help, setting the render scale down to 60% boosted the frame rate to around 60, but it's still stuttering a ton.

Really hope this is a temporary thing, I just bought a new CPU this week to play this game and I'm enjoying it so far.

My specs (Off the top of my head as I'm at work right now):

OS: Windows 10 64 bit

AMD Ryzen 5600

AMD Radeon RX6650 XT 8GB

32 GB DDR4 RAM

Installed on an M.2 SSD
