A question for the Kizaru > Kaido debate

Would Kizaru survive roof piece?

If his stats are better than Kaido, then he should be able to fight the plot boosted scabbards, the supernovas, Yamato, and kill Luffy, forcing him to awaken gear 5, right?

I feel like whenever these characters are compared, the context of both of their performances are often ignored by one side or the other.

Kaido DID eventually succumb to luffy, but he was worn down like a damn raid boss. I don't think it's fair to say roof piece didn't put a number on him, but I will admit a large portion of damage taken was after Luffy learned acoc.

Meanwhile Kizauru was definitely mental nerfed in egghead ,and in other situations he just doesn't really care much to go all out. So he's really hard to scale. Not to mention that egghead in general was a weird arc where characters were more stalling for time rather than trying to get an all-out victory because of the different factions motives

So if we take Kizaru and put him in Wano, a situation where characters were fully dedicated to battle, can he put out the same work as Kaido?
