Where to start with OP TCG collecting

Hi all,

I wanted to start collecting a new card game after realizing that the 3 next sets in pokemon are probably gonna be impossible to get my hands on for a fair price. I was debating between Lorcana and One Piece but besides the new Stitch box I saw from lorcana, there wasn't anything else that piqued my interest.

I really like the One Piece cards but I don't really know where to get started. I know there are 8 sets out now, and my LGS has some starter decks as well. Considering that I live in the netherlands and I don't think OP is that big here, I'm not sure if it is worth collecting cards to build decks with although I would like to at least learn how to play the game as well.

With all that said, does anyone have some advice on where to start?
