Engoo. Is $1.55/25 min the standard rating?

I recently got an invitation for a demo class with Engoo but the email mentions the pay is $1.55/25 min and I've actually found it offensive.

Is that the regular rate with Engoo? Has anyone ever tried making a counter offer?
