Hello, community, an issue while trying to download the firmware update for my Onyx Boox Poke4 Lite device with the build number 2023_04_10_08-45_30302_9916cdc20. Each time I attempt the download, I receive the message "The download has failed. Please check your network connection and try downloading again. Do not disconnect from the network." However, my network connection seems to be working fine with other apps. Has anyone else experienced this problem, and if so, how did you resolve it? Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
