Generic RGB deskpad

All,

I got this generic LED deskpad off Aliexpress. Its pretty good and works but is dumb. I downloaded and installed OpenRGB and Aurora but I cant seem to be able to find the device. I looked at my USB devices and when I plug it in nothing seem to change. Any ideas?? Honestly I dont want to do anything crazy other then get my logitec mouse + keyboard and the pad to be on the same color cycle. I would post a link to the product but I dont know if its allowed. I will try to post a pic of the product as a response to this thread if I can. Any thoughts or ideas??
