My pokemon oc, Voltina! :D

Shes 16, and shes specializes in electric types! (as you can see lol) and her main partner pokemon is raichu (ofc) and ik her name is very on the nose but i like it that way actually :3 shes the niece of Lt. Surge (her design is loosely inspired by him) and he was basically her role model for her whole life. Her goal is to become strong enough to someday follow in his footsteps and become the gym leader of Vermillion City when he retires. I hope you like her as much as I do!! :3
