I cant hear Voice chat since 2018.

Ever since 2018 I havent been able to hear the Voice chat in Overwatch and I assumed it would be fixed in ow2 but I still cant hear when people speak. I can see the icon but not hear. I have it set to the right device(logitech pro x wireless) but still nothing. Tried with another pair aswell but doesnt work.

Has this happened anyone else and does anyone have a fix then?
