Owala won’t replace my bottle

For context my bottle, summertime sweetness, is sold online at Amazon and that’s it. The button to release the lid broke the other day and I filed a warranty claim. It got approved but only for $13 to be used on their website. I do not like the other lids they have right now. I also read their warranty claim and it says they do have the right to replace a full bottle. I don’t understand why they’d rather lose free advertising by me carrying around a bottle of theirs that I like to just $13 dollars. I understand they can’t replace my third party lid but I’m not buying a lid that makes my bottle ugly. Now I just have trash that says owala on it and money that won’t be spent. For such a big company they’re being stingy and not helpful.
