How much sexual content is there of this in this manga

Just got past the bit where Midori rapes Pun Pun and now Pun Pun has started doing off things in public (stripping naked public masturbating etc) I've been hearing inklings about there being more of this type of content down the line is there, because it's getting to be a bit too much for me. Not saying the series is bad it's an astounding series I just get really disturbed by this type of content.
